Hidden Figures is an american biographical movie directed by Theodore Melfi in 2016. This movie tells the story of three African-American women : Katherine Johnson, a mathematician, Dorothy Vaughan, a computer scientist and Mary Jackson an aeronautical engineer.

These three women worked at NASA during the period of segregation and the Cold War.This film is based on a true story and shows the work that these three women did for this agency. This movie depicts sereval key moments in the lives of these women.
Katherine Jonhson managed to calculate the trajectories for the Mercury program and the Apollo 11 mission.
