Do you know about the Matilda effect ?
Matilda effect was created and named in 1993 by Margaret Rossiter, historian in sciences. Matilda Effect is the denial or minimization of women's contribution to scientic research. Their works and discoveries are frequently/usually assign to their male coworkers. This problem has been denounce by sufraget Matilda Joslyn Gage, at the end of XIX century.
